Cancellation & Refund Personalized and Customizable Products Due to personal configuration, photos inscription, or design on these products, we will not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. After placing the Order if Customer want to Cancel the Order than you need to contact our Team, they will let you if cancellation is possible or not. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake in printing than please contact our Team. All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return. Shipping & Delivery Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on our website. We will deliver the Products to the address given in your Order. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, we will inform you of an alternative time for the delivery or a location where you can collect the Products. Unless arrangements are made with us, you must cover the cost of the return. We reserve the right to not allow for returns or exchanges to our products.
